Funciona excelentemente bien no hay fallos.

Huge chunky metal end (1/2 inch) and very thick insulation around cord. Even still, it fits into my sound bar. I ran it through holes in the floor and under the living room so it comes up by my projector screen. Hint, if you drill holes for it to go through, make the hole about 3/4 inch because it is wider on the diagonal.

This cable does its job and is reasonably priced. I use it to run output from my LG65C1 to my old Onkyo TSXR-805.The cable works and will be long enough for me to run it through the wall if/when I wallmount the TV.

I have purchased monoprice items for years. I have never had an issue with any of their products.

Kinda sceptical that 100' would work. First DAC I bought "Musou Digital Optical Coax to Analog RCA Audio" had poor volume. My TV in the garage was 100' away from my central audio distribution amp. I was having a hard time hearing my TV in the garage. I figured if I would just toslink the TV it into my home audio system and I would have no problem hearing it. Well the Musou DAC would not play louder than the internal TV speakers. That is with the amp at max volume. So I bought a "FiiO D3 (D03K) Essential Edition Digital to Analog Audio Converter" and that solved my problem. Toslinking at 100' with a Monoprice optical cable.

I use this as a relay cable between my onkyo cd player and my monolith monoprice external DAC.My hd 650 Senheiser headphone delivers me now a much better sound, with an unreached imaging delivery.My only regret is not having the 18 inch length, not available, that would have fitted my equipment with more accuracy.

As a professional home theater installer I have seen every quality level of Toslink cables you can imagine. Most run toward the "cheap and flimsy," this cable is the extreme of well built, solid, and great to use in dangerous(areas where the cable can get crimped, cut, or exposed to any tension) locations. I have never seen another cable of this type even come close to this sturdy (even over the top) construction. My only complaint is the cable is quite a bit thicker than normal and it makes laying out the distribution a bit of a challenge because the flexibility of the cable is much less than normal. Fit and finish are superb, function is the same as all of these Toslink cables, because inside they are all the same. Highly recommended for any high stress installation, overkill for anything else!

digital, it either works or doesn't, not a problem here, for short runs, a cable is a cable, so save your money and buy a cheap one like this!!!this is slightly nicer, due to the metal outer than the one I bought, but when its under the telly and not fiddled with, you wouldnt really notice....

Es un excelente cable. Algo pesado y difícil de acomodar, debes de maniobrar todo el cable hasta que quede en la posición deseada antes de poder conectarlo. Una vez conectado, la conexión es fuerte, eso me gustó, otros cables se conectaban con un pequeño click, pero este parece que se muerde con ganas al aparato.La calidad de transmisión también es excelente. El que sea óptico no quiere decir que no aplica, ya que he tenido otros cables muy sencillos donde si se escucha el sonido muy apagado y sin frecuencias bajas, no se a que se deba, pero en mi experiencia si importa la calidad del cable en la transmisión óptica.

He comprado varios productos monoprice y la serie monilith hasta ahorita me ha sorprendido, ya que son productos de muy buena calidad con materiales y acabados premium a un costo decente, por lo que no tienes que gastar miles de pesos en cables de buena calidad y excelentes acabados. Es un producto altamente recomendable

Plugged it in, works perfectly.Cable size is a bit bulky, so hiding it is impossible.And stays tangle free because of it's bulky build.

Well designed, and feels nice and thick. I'm a little surprised at the thickness of the cable. The square part of the connector is angled, so that you can more easily attach it to your connector, but I think it's actually less convenient. It arrived in a timely fashion, and continues to function without fail every time I use it. I guess it loses the "Perfect rating" because the cord is a bit thick, and the square bits are awkward.
