PISSION Waterproof Phone Cases Full Protection Cover Transparent Bumper Compatible with iPhone 6/6S (Clear)

On opening the package, there is a card that says "12 month warranty, 100% customer satisfaction". So far so good. On checking the case, it's clear that it is very cheaply made, but I did not expect much for this sort of money anyway, so I was still ok with that. The phone fit fine and the lid sealed around the phone without issue. However, the three open ports are so badly formed that the plugs do not fill the holes completely if you want to seal them. In fact, as you can see from the photo, the charging port plug does not close at all. It's like trying to push a round peg into a square hole.OK - I was still not expecting much, and wanted it to be rain proof for the handlebars of my motorbike, but that gap was just too big, and from other reviews I see that the plug breaks off easily anyway so I thought I would try out their claim of '100% customer satisfaction' and ask for a replacement directly with them just in case this was from a bad batch.Off went the photos and email. Nope. No reply. Waited a couple of days (are emails not instant?), still no reply.This product probably cost them pennies to make. Literally. So £12 is way overpriced for something this rubbish. As they have no interest in responding to customers, I'll get a refund from Amazon and try elsewhere.UPDATEIn the interests of fairness and completeness, I did finally get an email back from Pission 2 weeks later offering to send me a replacement case.Further update. Nope, they did not send me a replacement nor got back in touch again. It's cheap enough not to worry about it, but as with most products sent from China, take any warranty or customer satisfaction guarantees with a heavy pinch of salt.

Brilliant case, well made, fits well and does not inhibit any functions of the phone.It would definitely be a 5* review, however the headphone jack 'plug' that sits in the aux port has come off at some point in the past few days, so it now no longer acts as a waterproof/spillproof case as there is a hole in the bottom where the plug should be. I've had the case for a couple of months.Still, a highly recommended purchase!

Oct 2019: Lovely case initially, not too bulky. However find Touch ID to work intermittently through the case and after 3 months of careful use, the power socket flap has broken off meaning it is no longer waterproof.March 2020: Bought a second one in case first one was unlucky and same has happened. Just not fit for purpose when most users need to open power socket every day to charge, and the finger print scanner doesn’t work.

I bought this to be splash proof, which I believe it is. The cover seems to protect the phone well. The finger print recognition still works fine through the plastic, and the Mic, speakers and camera are still acceptable. Opening the access points to charge the phone and switch to silent mode is a bit fiddly, but what else can you expect? You don't want them to pop open easily. I would not be inclined to swim with the phone, although a plastic sealable pouch was also supplied with my cover. I had intended to just use the cover temporarily while we were on the water, but have found that the benefits of keeping the rain off etc outweigh the disadvantages so it is now my full time cover.

Pretty good case nice and slim. Seals seems good. EXCEPT the headphone socket ‘plug’ it just doesn’t fit into the case and ‘click’ in or fit in. Sticks out and stops the case being truely water proof only ‘splash’ proof etc.Maybe this case is actually only for the 6 not 6s. As the 6s was made slightly thicker, as the bending 6 problem. So it doesn’t line up 100%. Because it seems to fit with no phone inside 😐Description should be changed to 6 ONLY.These things are important when it comes to waterproof items...

Great phone cover! Only issue is openings can be hard to open and also break. I’ve had a couple of these covers as this has happened but I keep buying more as they are the best I’ve found!

Screen coverServes it’s purpose. Great to use. Allows the phone to remain in a pristy condition. The only issue is that, the part where one puts the cable into the phone, has recently come off.Apart from this, I am pleased with my purchase.

Slim, not bulky cover. Does what it says. Used it on a backpacking trip to Australia, protected phone from water, sand, ground scratches, etc.
