Very disappointed very unhappy and very annoyed that I’ve got to send my order back
I’ve got an issue with this product I received my order the other day and I took it straight out of the box and I plugged in my headset to my PS4 control and I got sound through the earphones but I have an issue with the mic I have my settings all right on my PS4 but my PS4 states that there is no microphone connected to the PS4. I don’t have a printer to print out the return label. So overall I am very disappointed with this item

Love this item! It’s plays perfect sound, the mic works perfectly! The lights are an amazing feature, and the headphone themselves are strong and sturdy! Love this item!

Very good sound quality for the price but not comfortable enough for serious gamers to wear for long periods.
Very good sound quality for the price, both headphone and audio. The bright blue glow provided by the USB connection makes it look a little more premium than the price suggests too.Not a particularly comfortable headphone though. Headphones are either on-ear or over-ear, but these are somewhere in between and I find myself having to adjust these every 30 minutes quickly and after a 3 hour session, which is as long as I ever play, my ears are sore from the pressure of the pads.If you want a serious gamer's headset you won't want this one because of comfort issues. If you are a more casual gamer, this headset is really great value and very decent sound quality in this price range.

Lovely & comfortable headphones.Plug in and use straight away. Light up whilst plugged in.The only fault I found was that there was no mute button.Over all I was satisfied with my purchase & would recommend.
