Lifeline Air Jump Rope Pair

When i recieved my package instead of getting a pair like shown in the pictures I got only one out of the 2.Picturs shown in the pictures are decieving, DO NOT ORDER

I thought it was going to be heavier, the balls at the endings are too light to get a real workout.

What a unique item! I purchased this because I live in a apartment, and the ceiling is too low to use a normal jump rope. This is very effective, although awkward at first.

I bought these because I sometimes can't get out to jump and the ceiling is too low in my basement. They work like the really deal, especially when you are tired you don't mess up :) Lifeline delivers once again.

Its came pretty fast. Really light weight. I am a personal trainer and I thought I would use it more but I do not. If it were heavier maybe I would use it but it feels like a plastic toy so it stays at the bottom of my bag. My real jump ropes make more sense. I have my clients with low ceilings do jumping jacks instead. I guess it really does not make sense to use it. Buy it if you like to collect gadgets that you don't use but you like to buy new things. Thanks

I like the rope but I wish it was a little heavier. It is very light and it is a very good workout when you don't have to physically jump over a rope. One thing I did NOT like is that it did not come with a DVD or detailed instructions so I had to go to You Tube. You can purchase the DVD for another $25 but I wish it was already included.

This item is just okay, i think it needs weight added to it in order to get a good workout

This is a great inexpensive option for portable exercise equipment. They seem to be well made and are very lightweight. I just wonder if it would be more effective if the ball on each were weighted.
