Needed for a 5mm chip on a 1 year old enamel steel bath. Did a test run filling a similar size hole in a piece of wood. Sanded the next day and the results were good - the repair just lost a bit of shine after sanding. Then repeated the procedure on the bath itself. The result was very good. To bring back a shiny finish, after sanding I applied a final very thin layer and pressed piece of the clear plastic supplied in the kit against it - when gently pulled off it left a lovely shiny finish. The repair can be seen - but only if you look for it. There's a generous portion included which should be good for many repairs. Just to add that the colour was a perfect match for my bath and the mixture sets like a rock hard piece of white porcelain.

Easy to use with clear instructions, the sanding pads were good too.

I was hopeful that this would do the job in patching up a few nicks out of my bath where the shower head had fallen. It was easy to apply and good instruction. I have now had the stuff on about a year and noticed that after a while it has turned from white to a more cream colour so it is noticeable. It is a shame that it hasn't held its colour.

Excellent item

I purchased this repair kit for my bathroom sink, which had quite a difficult hole and cracks to fill. After purchasing another kit on Amazon which somehow couldn’t fulfil its purpose, I stumbled upon this one with high hopes. This agent dries very quickly and seems to be holding up perfectly after filling in all the cracks. The kit comes with multiple gloves, sanding papers and a scraper etc to help! Very effective and I’m super pleased with the outcome. Thank you very much :)

I had high hopes for this product after a a guest chipped the bathroom sink and shower tray, however it made very little difference.Having followed the instructions exactly I applied the product as directed, it sits raised on the surface of the sink/shower/bath/etc which you then sand off once it has cured, unfortunately the sand paper supplied isn’t remotely strong enough to take anything but the shine off the filler, it certainly isn’t of high enough grit to even out the height of the filler to the that of the sink.The product was applied to the chips and the hairline cracks that splinter off of the chip, once it was cured i laboriously started sanding it off, I had to use a lot of extra sandpaper as the supplied sandpaper was neither enough in number or strength. Once sanded off the chip was filled but the hairline cracks looked no different at all.

Sealed cracks well and looked nice at first but after a while it’s gone yellow and looks awful, no leaks though.

Easy to use but needs a little extra cleaning.
