Servant Leadership for beginners
Although the concepts of servant leadership are not new, this book offers fresh, real-world examples of what a servant leader is and how to emulate their actions. This is a fantastic place to start for anyone who wants to learn more about servant leadership and how they might use it in their own lives. Worth spending the time to read.

I highly recommend this book for all leaders!
This is a great book for new leaders looking for guidance on their new journey or seasoned leaders looking to enhance their skills. Servant leadership should be at the core of every good leader. Bramlett did a great job of detailing this concept and applicable ways to apply it to our daily lives.

A helpful introduction to servant leadership with examples from real-world situations
A thorough analysis of why it's better to lead from behind than from the front, the more traditional style of leadership being, of course, more advantageous in many respects. The depth of some of the concepts, like passive and active listening, was very fascinating.

This was a great read
Its a short book but was very helpful as it allowed me to better understand what I need to know about becoming a better leader and know whether the job I'm at understands what good leadership is.

A brief article that provides a structural overview of the various aspects of servant leadership. As an introduction to this leadership style and its effects at work, I highly recommend.

Reads like an early college essay.
I purchased this piece of literature as a way to strengthen my leadership skills. Hoping to gain more insight on servant leadership, I gained hardly anything. The first 2 chapters give explanations on different leadership styles, which is nice. But what you would think the one of the most important chapters, “Why Servant Leadership?,” the author does not answer his own question. Then the rest of the book is a definition of Greenleaf’s ten fundamental traits. It’s a mild regurgitation of a small portion of Greenleaf, rather than an expansion.Rated 1 star for effort, and another star for the resources cited that I will read. For a total of 2 stars.

No publisher, not a useful book for working professionals
I bought this book based on the almost 5 star review. As I started reading I immediately started to question the legitimacy of the book. The book is full or typos, grammer errors and has not been edited which leads to a lot of sections not making sense. There is no publisher for this book. It feels as if someone googled servant leadership, quuckly wrote it (or had chat GBT write it) and started selling it.The author is represented on the listing as a leader in the industry, but when you google him you can't even see he exists. (In hindsight after rereading the listing and the author experience it reads as a scam)It feels as if this book has been written as a high school research paper would. This is not a useful book for a working professional moving into leadership. The case study references that are provided within the chapters are not relevant to the topic they are written for.
