Must have for stock head units.
You need one of these if your subs aren't hitting the lows it can produce. Adds volume to bass notes, not a bass booster. My sweep button arrived broken from the inside, soit keeps spinning. Can't be sure of the true setting. Other than that, added the pre out voltage and low end knock I needed, now I can vibrate the local Waffle House. 2 Kicker C15's with a Rockville amp 2x400 RMS, running at about 2x250-300.

As soon as I installed and turned it on, you could hear the unique sound of my car. The bass is loud and clear, and everything else is just balanced. The EQ was flat, and it sounded perfect. I recommend it 100%.
