Easy to clean. Big enough to create family dishes. Rice steaming is easier in this pan. Surface instead cleans up in dishwasher. Like the see through lid; great to check food processing.

Great for broccoli, cabbage and green veggiesin a little water.I fill it half with water to cook fluffy potatoes or cook boil-in-bag rice in this steamer too.I’m still finding used for it. 😉
