When I first received this charger I thought it was not the correct charger because the battery would not lock into place. I checked other reviews and discovered the battery had to be put in in the opposite direction as one would expect. Once I did, it locked into place and charged. What I like mostly is besids the car charger, the charging prongs are built into this device and lacks the mess of another charging cord. Would recommend to others.

The first charger they sent was the wrong one, not even the one pictured nor was my camera listed on the package. No problem, spoke with them on the phone to make sure it they sent the right one. They sent another. Same deal. They sent yet another, still the wrong one and my camera wasn't even listed on the package. They said it was what they always sent out for that camera, yet not once did I actually get the charger shown in the picture or a charger that would fit my camera battery. The only reason I gave them as many stars as I did was because they immediately refunded all my money, including shipping, and didn't ask for the chargers back.

Works great - great price. Initially I thought they'd sent the wrong charger. My camera type wasn't included among the cameras listed on the package as being suited for the charger, and the battery wouldn't seat in the charger with the three pins in contact. Digitech customer service advised that you have to turn the battery over so that only two of the pins connect. Not obvious, but it worked. while it would have been better to provide this instruction with the package, Digitech customer service was prompt and responsive.

This charger did not work. It is cheaper to trash it then send it back. I got a bad one. Even though the charger didn't work I would give the customer service for the company a 10. They emailed me to see how it was going and followed up when I had a problem. Since it didn't work they are refunding my account. Not like some in a few week or more. It happened right away. Would recommend buying from them and will if I need to in the future.

We called Thom at CheckOutDigi after receiving the first charger; we didn't open it as the package didn't reference it was compatible with Sanyo camera. We received the 2nd one and opened it and tried it; red light wouldn't go on so called Thom again. He felt the first one they sent was actually the correct one so my hubby opened up the package and tried it. It worked! This company really were wonderful at helping us and we are more than eager to give them this 5-Star rating. I will be re-sending the 2nd charger back within a day or so. I just wish they were available on weekends and/or open until 9pm so my hubby could've spoken to them and resolved this a lot sooner and maybe they wouldn't have had to send out the 2nd one. I don't know if its the design of this charger or what. But I have had 2 of them.. and each one I got a full charge out of my battery then it never wanted to charge the battery again..
