The charger doesn't work
It's a great little chainsaw but the battery charger is crap and does not charge. Too late to return now. Didn't use it till now and all I get is a defective device. UGHH! Don't buy! Save your money

DinShare is a Ghost !
I have tried to contact this company to no avail. I ordered the the DINSHARE JC-6002 Chain saw on Sept. 21st 2023 and it totally stopped working on Nov. 15th 2023. Went to the web site and it has no contact number. The email address is a ghost. Looks like I've lost 60 bucks down the drain. Looks like a ghost company.. Beware.. Irritated buyer.. Any advise

Great little saw. Dewalt batteries do not work
Cut through a six inch log in seconds. Easy to change blades. Batteries charge fairly quickly. I was hoping to use some dewalt batteries that I had lying around, but the are a little bit of a different size. That was the only disappointment. Multiple cuts on logs over 4 inches will require many breaks, as the saw get hot and shuts down, but I was able to cut two 8 foot trees about 5 inches wide at the base with the included two batteries.
