Delicious 😋
I’m a true fan of beef pho having enjoyed in many Asian countries and love this kit which is easy to use 10 minutes start to finish ! The herb packet I was concerned about but actually taste delicious and has beautiful beef pho taste!!! I don’t add additional beef stock cubes as like delicate taste but you can if like stronger flavour. I add beef slices, bean sprouts, spring onions and bamboo shoots 😋 Delicious, quick and easy Pho. Definitely recommended !

OMG WOW! I’m shocked~it’s that good!! AAA+
Ok, I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to for this soup. I moved to Uk from Sydney Australia, in June last year 2020. To my shock I didn’t realise how rare it was to find Vietnamese restaurants here given they are everywhere in Sydney. Beef Pho soup is so popular and we hunt for the most authentic Vietnamese soup around town. Sydney has a lot of Asian’s so we are blessed with their food choices over there. I lived on Asian cuisine. I struggled to find anyone who’s sell it here. I went to Pho in Manchester and they did a good job but it’s hard to get on a regular basis. I saw this product online and read the reviews. I had to try it because something was better than nothing at all. And OMG!! Yes!!! Yes yes!! It’s freaking Amazing!!! I’m saved!! I’m hooked on this product. I don’t care how much it costs I’m a regular from now. All I can say to these guys is. Thank you thank you thank you! For making such a quality authentic beef pho soup for us lovers of Vietnamese food! Loved it! 10+ stars to them!

The best pho kit I've ever tried - close to the real thing and ready in minutes
We first tried this when it appeared in Lidl briefly, and it's fair to say we are hooked - it's just a shame it's not more widely available but it's not overly expensive in this pack of 6.Obviously good pho is about the broth, which is traditionally simmered for ages for that rich, deep savour goodness so how is a packet mix that's ready in 10 minutes or so going to compare? Well it's pretty close to be fair, and this is certainly the best ready made kit I've ever tried (far better than the similar Blue Dragon offering in my opinion). All it needs is water, some beef or chicken or tofu and some beansprouts, although obviously you are free to improvise with some extras (we use fish sauce, fresh chilli and other vegetables). The whole thing is ready is literally 10 minutes or so from opening the packet to serving, so it's a fantastic and tasty quick meal for too.If like our family you love pho then do give this a try and I suspect you'll be as pleasantly surprised as we were - an excellent, delicious quick and tasty meal.

Shockingly perfect
I always make my own pad thai, bolognese, tomato sauce, gravy, etc but this one is well worth buying in....it has just the right amount of flavours in it (well, the ones I mess up on) and is perfect with ginger, spring onions, thinly sliced sirloin beef, bean sprouts, and never forget the lime! BTW it's only enough for 2 (or a hungry 1), no way near for 4, it's too delicious (and no I'm not being paid to write this) :-)

Incredibly close to authentic
I’ve had more pho in my life than I care to admit to. I’ve had a few bad experiences but most have been from authentic restaurants, cafes, pop-ups. I loved making my own but it could never be a spur of the moment meal for me……until now.I originally bought one of these in a supermarket and let it sit in the back of my cupboard for months. Gave it a go and never looked back. It’s so incredibly versatile depending on your mood. Seafood, chicken, beef, vegetable - there’s no “wrong” way to go with this.I haven’t had 2 the same but that’s what’s fabulous. Can’t recommend it enough.

Fabulously tasty.
If you have ever enjoyed prawn noodle soup in Singapore, this soup kit is what you are looking for.The instructions are easy to follow and the taste is great and authentic. Full of Eastern promise. Simply delicious.

Not flavourful.
Just acceptable. The flavouring is not a paste, but is a sachet of dry ingredients which you soak in hot water to make the broth, which is thin and not suitably flavourful. There must be a better way to make good pho at home.

tastes like chai tea
We had some nice pho in and around Singapore. This is nothing like, taste is overwhelmed by cloves and cinnamon. You could just use a chai tea bag and get the same result for less.
