Q: can this be installed so the door handle is at the top of the door instead of the bottom?

It would take some planning/patience to do so. You could attempt to install the doors and magnet catch upsidedown during the assembly. Good luck

Q: What's the shipping size?

Approximately 16” long, maybe 6” wide and only a couple of inches high. All of the shelves/doors/frame/back panels are stacked and sealed in plastic. Very easy to assemble, too! You will love it.

Q: Is the unit sturdy enough to stand on a tabletop and not be mounted to the wall?

It is sturdy and well made. I kept mine on the bath counter before mounting it. Problem would be in opening the doors because they latch securely. You would need to hold the top of cabinet to keep it from moving while opening doors. I love mine!

Q: Dimensions of interior? I read the shelf is not adjustable so i need to know how much room there is above and below it?
