Lightweight and sturdy!
Love IT luggage because it is so lightweight and also sturdy. If you have a weight limit while traveling, you don’t want to be giving up some of your weight allowance with a heavy suitcase!

flimsy material
While it might be the lightest luggage on the market, this particular IT model's material is flimsy and thin. I bought 26" IT luggage from Walmart website and they have more durable materials. The edge of the luggage has started showing some frills after its first flight from the States to Japan. So far it's still holding up. All I can hope for is that it will not get torn after I check it in at the airport in coming trips.

Cheap and broke
Nice and cheap but broke on first use Not great that it doesn’t stretch either

Its not expandable and not big enough
Disappointed. The suitcase despite being 32” tall, its not deep or wide. Also it’s not expandable.
