Superb kit
I recently purchased a WiFi 6 mesh extender, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations. As someone who has struggled with getting a reliable WiFi signal throughout my 200-year-old cottage, this device has been a game-changer.The first thing that impressed me is its exceptional coverage range. Despite having solid brick walls, the extender effortlessly delivers a strong and fast signal to every corner of every floor. I no longer experience dead zones or frustrating connection drops. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the signal even reaches my garden, allowing me to enjoy a seamless connection while outdoors.Setting up the WiFi 6 mesh extender was a breeze. The entire process was straightforward and hassle-free. With user-friendly instructions, I had it up and running in no time. The accompanying app further enhances the experience with its intuitive interface and seamless functionality. It allows me to manage and monitor my network effortlessly, giving me full control over my WiFi experience.I must admit, I regret not purchasing this WiFi 6 mesh extender earlier. It has truly transformed my connectivity at home. The seamless coverage and reliable signal I now enjoy have made my online activities a breeze. Whether it's streaming, gaming, or simply browsing the web, I experience no lag or interruptions. In conclusion, if you're looking for a WiFi 6 mesh extender that provides excellent coverage, easy setup, and a reliable connection, I highly recommend this product. It has proven to be a fantastic purchase, and I can confidently say it's worth every penny. Don't hesitate to invest in this device if you want to upgrade your home network and enjoy a seamless WiFi experience.

So Far So Good
The installation instructions are very very basic, and not in a good way! In the box there was a sheet of double-sided A4 with pictures showing set-up. The text was so small I had to use the magnifier app on my phone, then discarded the paper altogether.Itvtol about an hour or so to set the units up and get them working. Thankfully other reviews had highlighted the need to turn off the WiFi function on my Virgin Hub (quick google fixed that!).The unit/node hard-wired into the Virgin Router then became the Mesh Controller. The WiFi name and password on this node became the default setting for the mesh (I was concerned that each node had its own WiFi name & password, but this was over-ridden by the mesh controller thankfully).Connecting the other nodes was simply a case of plugging them in, waiting till the power light was steady and then using the WPS function on the Mesh Controller & the node to establish connection. I got rather blasé at one point and tried to connect 2 nodes at once. This knocked off the Mesh Controller which then had to be re-set using a trusty paper clip.Once the re-set was complete everything seemed to click into place. Both nodes connected to the Mesh Controller and full WiFi was available on network search.I’m not particularly WiFi savvy and there were a few frustrating issues. The Virgin hub had to be changed to Modem Mode (googled) but I didn’t realise the LED light changed to Red in this configuration. I kept resetting it thinking it should be White. A new google search clarified this, along with the need to reset the hub.I’m not sure if this should be done before connecting the Mesh Controller via Ethernet Cable, I did it after and this knocked off the Mesh Controller which had to be reset. Because I had already connected a node, this too had to be reset. The biggest headache was then having to reconnect everything to the new WiFi Mesh. This was offset by the full WiFi signal that was now available via the Mesh. Will update after the set up has been running for a while to see how it fares, so far it seems to be a significant improvement in performance over the Virgin Hub WiFi.There is an App available, it only has a 1 star review on the Apple App Store, but I did download it. Once the mesh was up and running, the app was able to show the nodes, mesh controller and all the connected devices. I’ve still to play around with the app to get to grips with it.

Excellent (once I understood where I was going wrong)
Ignore what I wrote below, unless you want to see the ramblings of someone who hadn't fully explored the options.Super video on YouTube about these and how to set them up. During the course of which the chap presenting mentioned in passing "you can always add more nodes if you need". That was the clue to getting the units to mesh. Added a fourth node and it's working a treat.Well worth the money for both the triple pack, and the duo pack I got for the extra node. And I've got a spare!!I bought this to try to address the problem I have of getting distributed Internet signal round my house. As some of my devices are Ethernet only, I needed a method of getting both WiFi and wired connections round my house, which is long and thin. I have been using Devolo Magic 2 which worked well enough but became so hot they would get to the point of thermal breakdown and eventually stopped working altogether. Too expensive to replace the Devolo with new Devolo kit, I have been experimenting with other Powerline options. Netgear had nothing which offered a solution. Linksys had a solution, but at a high price, tp-link came close but not close enough. Scrolling through the Internet to see if there were any other options, stumbled across the Strong Atria. So I thought I would give it a go. The three units were nicely packaged and the instructions, which are all pictorial, were easy to folow, and having downloaded the app, I started testing. On the bench these are excellent, creating a stable mesh and with much higher speeds than anything else I tried. Then came the real-world test. I located the three units around my house in the areas where they would be based, and it all carried on working. Solution found, or so I thought. Then mesh became unstable and attempts to re-establish it were met with failure, So, sadly, I'm going to have to parcel these up and return them.Absolutely nothing wrong with the product, they work really well and have a splendid app to assist in managing the mesh. But in my situation they were not the magic bullet I needed.Such a shame, this is a really good product, and for the money would be hard o beat.
