These work perfectly well for me and not as aggressive as some I have tried. There are no stomach cramps or urgent dash to find a toilet. They do help to move things along without feeling as though your world has fallen out of your...you know the rest.

I didn't really notice much difference.Did me no harm I suppose. Caused no discomfort.I'd need to be more convinced of the benefits in order to make the outlay again.
