Good protein content in these bars.
I like to carry protein bars with me as a snack when I am at work, on the road, and for an emergency nutritional snack. The protein content is satisfying as well as the flavor. Better than a candy bar when you are after nutrition and staying power. I still like candy bars from time to time.

Fulfilling protein bar
I consume theses Protein Bars when Iām going to miss a meal or just eat one in lieu of lunch. The flavor and texture appeals to me while the protein to carb ration keeps me coming back for more

These Nature Valley coconut bars are way too expensive for what you get. I paid over $3 for 5 of them, not worth the money, but they are awesome tasting. Unfortunately, there are other flavors and brands that are worth buying.

Won't be buying again
I thought it was dry tasting. I love coconut but didn't really enjoy this. I think if I had a couple quarts of water to wash it down, it would have been more enjoyable.
