One of the better D3 I have tried.
Have used these for about 4 months or so. Feel now I can write review regarding these D3 tablets. I have to break them up a little once the tablet is in my mouth, because I tend to get them stuck in my throat on occassions. I was going to purchase a different brand when re purchasing because of this. HOWEVER I have realised that I have got through the whole winter without a problem with colds, flu etc. The odd shiver here and there, but nothing to speak off. I was only taking D3 from October to March, but last year carried on throughout the year. This may have contributed to a build up in my system, which also helped. I do not have flu needles either! So I have decided I shall continue with this brand of D3 as it appears to have made a noticeable difference. My husband also takes one a day of these D3, he does have a flu needle as he is in the "at risk" category. But he has had a virtually sickness free winter too. I work in social care, use public transport etc., so am definitely in an environment of risk of continual infections!!Overall I think these D3 contribute towards general health, especially as we live in Wales, and winter can be sunshine starved!!

They might be brilliant but even on a massive loading dose from the ...
I haven't started taking them yet (I've just finished a loading dose from the doctor's) BUT BEWARE: I received 10,000 iu tablets when it said 1,000iu on amazon when I was ordering. So people may be taking TEN TIMES what they thought they were taking. They might be brilliant but even on a massive loading dose from the doctor's, I was only on 40,000 a week. If you took one of these a day, you'd be way over what any doctor would recommend as safe. It's possible that it's a mistake and it's only 1000iu but it does say it's 5000% of the recommended daily amount. Might check with the pharmacist before I start taking them. Are these actually legit?

My essential vitamin
These seem to have helped me a lot with my ongoing depression. On top of my medication, I take one of these daily, and I do feel an improvement in my overal wellbeing. I've not caught a cold since I started these, and I usually catch them all. Vitamin D is supposed to be much better for fighting off colds than taking vitamin C, and a lot of us don't get as much of it because of the British Weather. This is a really good price for what you get as well.

Very Interesting to see, the tablets stating 10,000iu is now 1,000iu. I need to investigate further!
Did nothing! A waste of money, brought October 2016. My packet says 10,000iu I'm sticking well known brands that when you come back on the internet the 10,000iu now is 1,000iu, now I am thinking is that why I felt Zero change. Maybe this needs further investigation.
