Biteback 'Sweet Relief' lotion repels midges and deters them from biting your horse. When used regularly, it will also help maintain healthy skin and encourage hair re-growth. This soothing, moisturising cream is especially useful for horses who experience a reaction to midge bites: which can lead to extreme rubbing of the skin. If used prior to the midge season, in early Spring, the product will guard against the onset of rubbing and scratching - we recommend applying from early March onwards. The cream contains the active ingredient Benzyl Benzoate, which is required to break the itching and rubbing cycle. Simply spray then rub or brush into affected areas once or twice a day. A noticeable improvement should be seen within a week. A 750ml bottle should last for around 3 weeks in peak midge season, please note this is a refill bottle and doesn't come with a spray.
