I bought this as an alternative to my purology sulfate free shampoo and conditioner - and because of the rave reviews. Sadly it's not for me. I have Kerestraight treatments so am meticulous on it's aftercare. Pureolagy has been amazing for this but I find it's good to have a change hence my buying this duo. I'm sad to say that in my experience its been absolutely awful. To start with the conditioner is really hard to squeeze out the bottle. Also when it's been standing, the product separates and you get a horrible runny liquid - therefore you need to make sure you give the bottle a good shake..never had to do that before with ANY product. Shampoo is really hard to lather up, and whilst I know that's the case with most sulfate free shampoo, this one was just the worst. After my routine I felt I needed to wash my hair again - but didn't as that would not be good for longevity of my Kerestraight treatment, so I just got on with drying. Hair was much harder to dry, and felt like 3 day-old hair ...horrible - corse, sticky, and flat. I've given this duo 3 tries - in case it was my technique, but I'm sad to say, each time was the same. I can't understand all the rave reviews on this brand, but maybe im the unlucky one and my hair just doesn't like it. I'm sticking to my pureology with its phenomenal lather, rich moisture, gorgeous smell, and no fuss drying/styling qualities. As for this twosome - it's gone in the bin !*****EDITI have had a complete turn around of my views on this duo after it turns out I had received a faulty product. I was approached by the company who were very concerned that my experience should not have been as it was, and that they were as upset as me, that the products hadn't worked for me. They asked if they could send me a new set for me to try again, and refunded my first purchase without me even asking.( I thought I'd just suffer the loss and add it to my collection of other useless products that don't work for me). Well I am delighted to say, that after trying it again - twice, that I 100% must have received a faulty set. The shampoo lathered beautifully despite being sulphate free and gave that 'squeaky clean' sound. Conditioner was rich, distributed evenly, and combed through with ease. I am so grateful for the personal - genuine care and concern I received from this company, which quite honestly amazed me. So many companies are only interested in your money, but not this one. Its been a great outcome for both of us. I will definitely be a return buyer, and I'm chuffed too, as I've now got an alternative to my purology.

I have 20inch ultra pro tips and have been looking for a shampoo and conditioner that leaves my extensions looking as good as the day they were fitted . This set leaves my hair smelling divine and silky soft . My extensions have never looked so good!

I have hair extensions and tried many shampoo and conditioner products. This duo leaves your hair so soft and well nourished. The picture is my hair after use and it's just so shiny, smells amazing and feels great. Won't be trying any other now. Keeps your hair extensions looking great for much longer. Good investment.

I bought this set for my hair extensions mainly , it definitely cleans your hair but the conditioner I was a little disappointed once on your hair I was expecting it to feel luxurious and super soft but it didn't, to be honest iv tried better , would I buy this again ? Maybe but I want a condioner on my blonde hair to feel super soft and rich and leave my extensions feeling and looking glossy .

This shampoo and conditioner combination is a game changer! Fast delivery (same day) and bottles look beautiful in the bathroom. The shampoo feels so thick and creamy when applied and conditioner left my hair feeling silky smooth. Used this product for a while now, i have extentions so it's paramount i use the best products on them! Leaves my hair looking so clean and smelling amazing for days. Cant rate it enough! X

I purchased this shampoo and hair conditioner due to positive reviews. I am due to have hair extensions fitted on 3rd January, so after reading all the reviews, I decided to purchase. I was advised by my hairdresser to buy products that were sulphate free. I thought I would use the products, prior to having hair extensions fitted, so washed my hair yesterday and I was very disappointed with the outcome. My hair was matted, after shampooing, was very knotty, but applied the conditioner, in the hope that this would condition my hair and leave it all smooth and silky. Unfortunately these products did not work on my hair and I was extremely disappointed. I contacted my hairdresser and she said that maybe the products date had expired, I’ve checked the products and packaging, but I am unable to see an expiry date, so my hairdresser said to contact the seller. I’ve looked on the page and there doesn’t seem to be anywhere that I can report the issue to, so have decided to leave a review instead. Please would someone direct me, as to how I contact this seller to report the problem? Thank you…
