Snatching pebbles like never before
I watched this series and now I have ninja-like pebble snatching skills. I highly recommend this show if you want to learn how to have your hair grow out without ever getting facial stubble.

One of the greatest TV shows of TV history
Look, I could write a very lengthy review of this series, going into one or two episodes that border on the loopy, but by and large this series is more relevant in 2021 than it was when it was first created. It's amazing how much racism made it through this show, that censors today probably would never permit; but it's reflective of how life certainly was in the Old West that is idolized by so many. Carradine plays the role masterfully and makes it his own. Bruce Lee would have undoubtedly been great, but he also would have played it very differently. Short and sweet this series is a classic that never got the true recognition it deserves. Everyone who wants solid, quality TV should watch this, purchase it, and support it. There will never be another show like this because there can't be.

Ancient wisdom imparted in a western
The spiritual dimension of this show makes its value inspiring & timeless. At same time, it's fun to watch!

The Devil's Champion...
"The Devil's Champion" is an excellent episode from the third season of the legendary TV series "Kung Fu", starring David Caradine as the half-American, half-Chinese Shaolin monk Kwai Cheng Caine. In this story, a fearsome warrior challenges the head of Caine's Shaolin Temple to a personal combat to the death. The warrior has extraordinary powers. Caine will have a vision of a laughing warlock in red, which he shares. Caine's vision, and a beautiful young woman, will guide him to the warlock in his hidden palace, while a fellow monk, less certain of himself, will face the warrior. The episode is nicely done, wrapped around the undoubted challenge of having confidence in oneself despite difficult circumstances. Recommended.

still outstanding after all these years; better than most contemporary TV shows
Many of these episodes are mini morality tales, or illustrate some portion of the Tao Te Ching. David Carradine in his young middle age was just awesome in these parts. Beautifully written, filmed and acted, each season of this 3-year series is awesome. It's a rather dark world that is depicted, and not unjustifiably. Some episodes are better than others. I didn't like the one so much that featured mad-dog bounty hunters. But in some episodes, almost no one (or even anyone) actually gets killed. The stories are varied and interesting, and the flashbacks fascinating. Plus, the contrast between traditional Chinese culture and European culture (as depicted in the Wild West). This is the second time I've rewatched the series, and it holds up over time.

Timeless show
This TV show was ahead of its time. It can be a bit surreal. The camera work/angles/zooms have some definite mystic overtones if you are paying attention. Message is great. Topics interesting enough to get you thinking. Love it when they cut to Master Po and he drops some heavy Eastern philosophy during the action scenes. A parade of famous actors from that era. See Jodie Foster as a kid. 3 seasons is not enough.

Study the zen philosophy
Too bad the series didn't last longer! Loved Masters Kahn, and Ok!

Amazing
This is an awesome series. You can see as it progresses that it is a learning curve for both the character, Caine, and the actor , Carradine. To have the complete series for such a low price is unbelievable.
