Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This took just a few minutes to assemble. I wish it came with a wrench, I swear I spent more time trying to find my wrench than assembling it lol! It’s really straightforward though.It’s easy to adjust the height, my 7 year old can do it on her own. I attached a video. Just loosen the knobs and make sure there’s the same amount of holes on each side so it’s even!It’s sturdy, my kids are able to flip and hang and have fun. I think it’s just the right width, I’m able to leave it up in my living room full time. I’ve got it in like the second from the lowest setting - it can get much higher and will definitely grow with my kids!Overall, highly recommend for anyone starting out. I also will probably buy a baby swing and hook it on the bar too! Multifunctional, for sure.I also like that it helps keep my kids active even when we are trapped indoors during the frigid winter.

After looking at tons of bars to find one with gymnast standards, can hold more than a small childs weight, has leg extensions included, and at an affordable price, this was the winner. Unfortunatly safety was a major concern shortly after putting it together.The spring loaded knobs do not screw in all the way (pic 2) to securely hold the bar at the level desired. The pin itself barely makes it into the holes of the adjustable bar, 1/8-2/8th of an inch goes in (see pic 1, there are wear marks on the ends of the pins.) The bar fell many times on my daughters. Very scary since they are taller and could fall on their heads if hanging upside down. I had to use vice scrips to really reef down on both the spring loaded knobs and lock down knobs. This has helped it stay in place better but now is definitely not easy to adjust the height.A few other cons- some of the pieces had dings in the paint already. Not a huge issue. But when assembling, the product will scratch itself very easily making more dings in the paint. Assemble carefully. The leg extensions come with mini lock down knobs. The extension legs themselves do not have a hole drilled in hold them in place. One leg wiggles out often. And about once a week we need to tighten the screws holding the wooden bar-the screws provided are very short and loosen easily. (Oh, the wood bar did not come with predrilled holes which could be an issue for some people.)

It’s very stable and heavy-duty, which is what a gymnast needs when they get passed the beginner levels. But, strangely, it’s a little too narrow to accommodate your standard 4-foot-wide mat that goes underneath the bar. Seems like a design flaw; the horizontal braces are too short.

Everything about this bar seems pretty solid. It went together easily and it seems quite sturdy. My only complaint is that the way the wooden bar is connected to the sides seems off. It includes screws, two on each side, to drive into the bar from the outside, but the holes aren't pre-drilled and the screws are short, and I worry that they'll strip over time with use. Also, the metal is quite sharp where the wooden bar comes out of the bracket. My son sliced his finger open while playing on it. We will need to cover it with foam or tape it somehow.

I got this training bar for my girl for Christmas. It arrived faster than I though and it's super heavy. It took me some time to set it up and I test it myself, it can hold my weight without any problem, so it's definitely safe for my 8 years old daughter. This bar is pretty stable and the height can be adjust, but need to make sure lock it properly to make sure safety. Overall this product is good quality and good for home use.

My daughter got it as a present from Santa so setting it up Christmas Eve there really wasn’t a choice to return the item or not. Overall the bar is sturdy for her and suits her needs. I doubt I’d find a bar as big and sturdy for around the price I paid on Amazon. However many if the parts were scratched up and one plastic part was broken. Plus where different parts meet in the base the cuts are not flush when fitting together.

This is a fantastic product, we can't be happier. It arrived quickly and was very easy to set up. My daughter uses is daily, sometimes for hours at a time. It has helped advance her skills in between actual gymnastic classes. It's super durable and is holding up very well. We have it indoors right now, and on the carpet it does slide a little but that is to be expected and not a problem. The mat we purchased fits perfectly and is easy for her to move in and out of the bar to use for floor routines. Great follow up communication and service when we reached out with a question. Highly recommended!!
