We got this for our 5 year old who is obsessed with all things ancient Egypt. It’s a great set and he loves the variety in figures, etc. I wish the pieces fit a little more securely into their spots because they do break easily if they fall. We’ve had to glue a few of them back together. I wouldn’t recommend carrying the pyramid to new locations or surfaces with the figures in it. They wobble out. But if you are looking for something stationary (or are ok moving pieces separately), it’s a great set.Also worth noting that our first delivery came with two of one off the figures and one missing. We returned and exchanged for a new one. The second was a complete, correct set. Hassle-free.

I have purchased several Egyptian pieces from Design Toscano. All pieces arrived well packaged. This item is vibrantly painted, pieces fit well when removed and replaced, the pieces could stand alone but are well displayed in their pyramid stand. This makes a great gift for anyone who enjoys Egypt artifacts.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She fell in love with it as soon as she opened. The detail was wonderful and the figurines just beautifully done.

I bought this as a birthday present for a 5 year old. Her mom was very impressed with the quality. I was hoping it would be a bit bigger but it's a very beautiful design with very good detailing on all the pull out characters.
