Not the greatest for snowboards
Mounted 3 of them. They have issues holding two snowboards at once. They tend to fall out of the mounts and go crashing on to the floor

Expensive but elegant.
On the expensive side, but for me they were a decent choice to organize the families gear. I bought an 1x8 by 8 foot long hemlock molding and secured that to wall studs then mounted 9 gravity grabbers to the molding. I believe that is more secure and looks beter than using the supplied drywall plugs. The instructions are simple to follow and each grabber is nicely packaged in a robust box. I felt a little like I was opening an iPhone box. They are on the expensive side. There are many less expensive options, but these look very nice and are easy to use. I would research carefully if I had snowboards. The instructions suggest snowboards need to be secured by a bungie or similar because of their width. These seem fine for even deep powder skis.

Doesn't hold skis
I thought this was a brilliant design and would work great for my skis. I put one Gravity Grabber up and tested it with my lighter cross country skis and it worked great. So today, I put up the other two I had purchased. Within 5 minutes, both of my downhill skis had slid down to the tips! I tried repositioning them but the same thing happened. This after I had drilled 12 holes in my garage wall! So disappointing. I wish I knew how the others who gave a 5-star rating are getting their skis to stay in place. I'll be returning.

Easy Install and Holding well...
Packaging was excellent. Took everything from the box, had to use the sheetrock anchors as I installed on an interior wall in my office closet. Installed easily in about 15 minutes - bought the two pack. Once installed, hung my skis understanding the possibility that they may not hold my skis. They held both my 180cm and my daughter's 164cm skis without issue. It's only been about 48 hours since I hung them but doesn't appear there's any slippage what-so-ever to this point. The close doesn't get used a lot so there's not a lot of vibration along that wall in my closet. Some have mentioned they hung these where there seemed to be a lot of vibration either from outside sources or just slamming of doors and the skis would slip. I have not experienced any of that thus far. My new skis - Rossignol Blackops Smasher Ski - and my daughters skis - Salomon Xwing - seem to be holding strong. The one thing about gravity grabbers is that they are specifically dependent upon that amount of grip they give. I also noticed in the "videos" that if you have a problem with slippage that you can move the ski up and put the gripper inside the binding area. There are some straps you can buy separately or make yourself to pull the skis together at different spots in the ski to help secure them better depending on your situation. I am different then most, I don't just hang and try it out - I watched the install videos and they gave tips and tricks for different types of skis cause "not all skis will work when hanging at the touch point" so you have to adjust using straps and hanging differently then others. THIS is not explained in the instructions so you have to watch the videos. I believe many of the issues folks experienced with these grabbers might have been alleviated had they watched the videos included at the bottom of the purchase screen. Just my thoughts. I like them so far and haven't had any issues but it's early in the game for me. If I have issues slippage then I'll move to using some of their tips and tricks before complaining on here.

Works, with some daily adjustments
I purchased 3 of these grabbers, and I figured out why these would slip for some skis and why it worked for others (as mentioned in the other reviews). I have 3 skis (check out attached photo) - the two on the left are carving skis and the one on the right is a powder ski. The carving skis have some slippage, nothing catastrophic. So every other day or so I simply pull these up and I’m good to go (until I have to adjust these again). With my powder skis I have no issue. I haven’t had to adjust these since they were installed (about a month now). My powder skis are slightly thicker than the carving ones, which I think results in non-slippage.As far as installation goes, I had my handyman put these up. So in my book these were very easy to install ;-)These grabbers work for what I need them for and they keep my skis nicely organized. For now I give these 4 stars overall, until they figure out a solution for the slippage.
