Q: I have a 20 inch rainfall shower head, will this work?

If your rainfall showerhead is 20" in diameter check the manufacturer's measurement of the arch to assure it provides the 10" minimum needed between the spout end and projection out of the wall. I don't think it does. A bent straight rod style may be what you need.

Q: Will this arm work with a dual shower head?

Honestly, I’m not a plumber but I don’t see why not, all the connections are basic and the same as any other you may use. Good luck!

Q: Can a regular shower head work on this

Ys it can. This was primarily designed for rainfall shower heads but it will fit any other shower head. The only limiting is the diameter of the shower head which I believe should be a maximum of 12 inches.
