Easy to take, no taste and no windy after effects ;-)
I bought some of these to add to my protein diet shake regime for extra fibre. Benefiber mixes very well, has not taste but add's to the shakes to make them more filling and unlike psyllium husks you don't get the after effects of wind which is a bonus.
