The auto open and manual close mechanism is made of plastic. It's safe to use especially when it is wet. It shouldn't hurt fingers.

I’ve been trying to get one of these clear umbrellas for photos or just to have and it’s as pictured. First shipment was disappointing since it arrived broken. Second time it worked and hoping it last a while

I bought these incase it rained at wedding but we got lucky and didn’t need them. Other than that, i prefer a NOT clear umbrella to help block the sun generally so haven’t had much reason to use them.

Zero stars. You could buy yourself a few ziplock bags, tape them together, and you’ve got yourself a better umbrella. Tried to return but they only allow returns through UPs and the cost was half the cost of this “umbrella”.

The umbrella is great and nice you can see through it and it covers the body nicely.
