These trains fit on the trackmaster track for Thomas trains. Brilliant and hours of fun.

Expensive for the size, but realistic & sturdy.

Birthday present for grandchild

My little one kept going on and on how he really wanted this particular train for his track. I eventually gave in and surprised him with it.I thought it was over priced but it was definitely worth it.He has taken it to bed with him for the pass week and it has even given me the occasional 5 minutes of quietness while he has been happy playing with it. So for that reason alone it gets 5* from me.It requires 2 AAA batteries. These aren't supplied with it so you will need to purchase these separately. I recommend you buy a box as I have already replaced mine once where my little one leaves it running.It looks like the photo supplied by Amazon.

My son absolutely loves these but they are a bit too pricey for what they are

Our 3 year old it obsessed with trains like lots of boys at this age and we’ve got the whole box of them. Got most of the Thomas trains from the original stories and we haven’t had any new ones for a while so thought I’ll buy a few ones for this Xmas. Got couple of packs of the mini ones and the are ok, well he loves them despite me saying the quality could be better and we got couple of normal size ones and then I saw this and thought I will give it a go as got an engine and will amuse him going round his track while the little plane looked just good to load and unload etc. I honestly wished I didn’t bother. I have not seen a train made worse than this one! It’s so cheaply looking thing that every time I look at it I can’t believe I bought it and even more I can’t believe that it’s sold under the Thomas and friends banner!!!! It’s a disgrace, it honestly looks like one of those cheap toys you get at a fairground not worth more than a £1. In addition it does not drive on the standard wooden track, it fits onto it perfectly but just doesn’t have a grip and only drives itself on a carpet. I know there is a separate track set for it but come on! Those tracks look very cheaply made too so no way we are buying more of that rubbish
