Not the greatest publication - what a shame
Quite basic book - stopped reading after noticing 2 errors on first set of route instructions Hayle not Hale and Camborne not Cambourne - also would avoid the A30 main road going through central Cornwall - it's a very dangerous road and avoided by local cyclists as there are some much better routes of Cornwall - sent my copy back for a refund the same day it arrived

one source of info
I found this book a source of info, but you'll need more research before setting off.I did JO'G-LE this year unsupported and used this book as a start point (although I deviated from his route in Scotland). As stated in other reviews, it is not the total answer to your adventure and the photos are not all relevant. But if it inspires you to do the trip, its worth it.
