2023 vSeeBox V1 Pro Android TV Box (4GB RAM + 32GB ROM)

The Tech Support for this unit was excellent but the overall function of the unit was not very good. It was down a couple of times for more than four hours. This is not fault of the unit or the tech support but is a problem with the connecting entity.

The Box I received did not function properly. Remote response was slow and hung several times. HEAT live and HEAT VOD were not preloaded and couldn't find a way to get them loaded. Searching on vSeeBox website I found a page stating vSeeBox Certificate of Authorized Distributor Verification. This seller is not on their list. Also look at the Brand. It doesn't say vSeeBox. It might be OK and I might have just gotten a bad box BUT Wallymart sells them for the same price, their seller is a Certified Authorized Distributor AND the brand is vSeeBox. You decide. I returned mine

But an Nvidia Shield Pro. Some reviewers claim this will let you install apps that NVidia will not, but that's not true. It's possible the reviewers simply don't know how to use Downloader for APKs on the Shield. the NVidia's performance is way better than this box, and it's much much cheaper. They try to lure you in with the promise of free TV for life, but think to yourself for just a minute if that actually makes sense to provide

So far so good. I installed my VPN, It starts up upon boot up, and it works. The remote is just ok, but it works. I paired it with the TV remote, now I can turn on / off the device with their remote.But yeah it's ez to use, They have their own market place to down loan / downloarder for side apps etc. Unlike nVidia where they dictate what you can load and not load onto YOUR device which YOU have purchased.You will not run out of content to watch. Worth considering
