Absolutely superb item. Reliable and efficient steam mop. My wife really is impressed with this device.So light and easy to use, easy to get out and set up for whatever job you want it to do. The steam does immediately make a room feel fresher. The same with furniture and curtains.We cannot recommend this highly enough.

I have only used this cleaner on my wooden and tiled floors so far as yet I have not tried it on carpets or used any of the other fitments. I am very satisfied with it's performance so far and hope it will perform as well on other surfaces

Well I was torn between 3 and 4 stars on this but one thing really bugs me. The nozzles don't fit to the flexible extension. So it's impossible to clean anything well that's above. Eg inside oven roof. The tube without a nozzle isn't enough. And the hand held won't work when inverted. It was a tough job as we moved house and I think the oven had never been cleaned! But it still should be able to attach the little nozzles. Other than that it's a good unit. Not too heavy and an acceptable price. Used on floors it cleans well and I used the extension to clean the grout on the Floor tiles. Handle extends well but there's no grip if you remove it for tight spots and it is to long attached to use as a hand held but I still managed. If the unit without the handle was designed with a grip it would be far easier to hold.

Excellent cleaner, I have only used it a couple oftimes and found it easy to operate and cleans well.

So firstly this didn't arrive. Then they offered me the non-sonic one as they had no sonics in stock - which i refused - so then i had to wait weeks for the sonic. Eventually, it came down but the sonic packed up within about a month. Now, after using it infrequently for about 10 months, the steamer has now packed up as well. I have also had similar crap results with the X5 (bought from JML direct - The handle snapped on use #5 and then the steamer packed up within about 3 months and JML ignored all correspondence) So I am left wondering if there is such thing as a steam mop that can be used more than about a dozen times without partially or totally packing up. Sadly, this isn't one of them. :-(

Only had it a week or so. But so far so good. Appears good value for money. Used it twice as floor mop and once as hand steamer and does everything as expected.

A lot of huff and puff but not a great deal of power.
