Fabulous yarn!
Ahh this yarn is so fun! Vibrant colour and silky soft. The colour changes are true ombré transitions and it looks stunning worked up. It’s simultaneously fluffy and silky/glossy looking, which creates gorgeous knitwear. Nice for gloves because it’s a little on the lighter end of DK. A little tricky to work with due to inconsistency of thickness and does split a bit but looks absolutely stunning (I’m a beginner and I was fine using it).

Vibrant, with a soft feel, lovely to knit with!
This wool is so vibrant and lovely to knit with! I was worried that it would be difficult with a lace pattern, but far from it, it’s nice and soft, joy to work with! Thanks.I’ve just finished with one, and the wool is great to work with, but it’s not quite DK, so my wrist warmers have come up a little thinner. Still happy with the wool, now that I know that, I’m alternating my pattern! Hope this helps!

Beautiful and Versatile
I created my largest project to date. I'm a beginner but enjoyed using this wool to crochet myself a ponchette. The only drawback was the wool becomes thicker or thinner at some points between colour changes, and once it snapped, but that was one ball in 5. That lost this beautiful versatile wool a star.

Ideal for new crocheters
I am self-learning crochet from online tutorials. I was using some cheaper yarn and it was very scratchy. I bought this as a mid-priced alternative and the difference it has made is phenomenal. It glides off my hooks so that my technique is a lot better. It is very soft. As others have said it is a tad 'bitty' in that if you pull it apart it will fray because it is so soft. I found that this made my finished pieces look a bit fluffy and used by the time I finished them because I wasn't careful when handling them. Also it is difficult to to go back unravel as it is very fine so the fibres twist together and knot while unstitching. I am only doing single and double stitches though so barely have to unravel so this isn't a problem I really faced. I can do one child sized scarf as per photo from one ball if doing double crochet. As I'm new to the craft I find it hard to gauge how much wool I need which is why I mention this. Other people have mentioned there are too many joins. I had one join near the centre of one ball and in the second one I haven't had any joins at all. In the third one I am halfway through and haven't found any joins. I think there has to be joins due to the nature of the product. Some of my friends use warping boards to dye their own self striping yarn and it is a laborious process. They would waste a lot of yarn matching the colours up before they join it. The one joining knot I did have was done in a slip knot and was very easily undone and did not affect what I was doing as I just matched the colour further on. Overall I'm very impressed with this yarn and will be buying more in other colours.

Cygnet Boho spirit
Stunning! Great to crochet with, very easy to see stitches that's its actually helped me to understand crocheting better as I can actually see where my stitches are and which stitch I am supposed to be working on, as opposed to other cheaper wool that splits easily. I have not long been doing crochet and I am slowly finding out that the better the wool/yarn quality the better it is to work with. I will definetely be buying cygnet boho spirit yarns again, my new favourite!

*3 for awkwardness
Beautiful yarn, vibrant colours, absolute nightmare to use! The ball falls apart & knots up, best to rewind it before use.

Lovely Lovely yarn
I cannot stress enough how beautiful this yarn is. Its so bright and colourful and the self striping is almost a miracle !. I made myself a big wrap for winter (crochet), it took two weeks only and works so well. I am now looking at tops for my other half in one of the other shades. If you have never tried this wool you will love it. There is a silky sheen to the finished garment as well which gives it a soft luxurious feel.
