You would think that what this chair costs it would be inferior to the high priced reclining chair and you would be wrong. I am very happy with this purchase, it is very comfortable and it does the job. The one thing I would say is the motor sound is not quiet and it is not loud either but it does not bother me, to some it may.

This chair is far too narrow. While the description shows that the seat cushion is 24 inches wide, in actuality it is 22 1/2 inches wide that providing you push in the tape measure through the bolsters on the side. This makes it far too confining for the average male. Also The bottom of the chair when viewed from the back sits up a total of 5+ inches from the floor which reveals all of the metal frame and wiring in plain view. Thus it it does not look good if you are approaching the chair from the back. It is only appropriate if this chair is against the wall where no one would see the inner workings. Other than that all of the functions worked, I like the features of the chair but I just can’t use it.

This is a comfortable, well-made chair with three vibration points from cervical to lumbar, heat, and is easy to use. MAJOR PROBLEM: Instead of simply lifting you, the chair rises about 8" and then starts tilting you forward while still rising. I'm 5'4" and my feet don't touch the floor at all. I slide downward, unsecured by my feet, and off the chair. It is not only scary, but I believe it is unsafe. As a consequence, the chair is a Massaging Recliner, at best. I will inform the company to be sure I'm not misusing the chair. If there is a beneficial change, I'll update this reciew.

The massage function and power lift works amazing and the chair is comfortable. A little in the small size so my 6 ft boyfriend’s head is above the head rest and you can’t feel the heat function at all otherwise decent chair for the price

I got this chair to replace my recliner. I'm getting use to it. I am a cancer patient and thought a lift chair would be helpful. Service was good and i like the chair.

I need help getting up sometimes and it is a big help.
