Brilliant but I've a long way to go before I can manage the heavy one!
These are great! Colour coded so you can immediately find the right one. Wide so they feel comfortable under your feet. Feel very thick and I doubt there's any chance of these beginning to split.The three pack comes (as you'll have seen) in three different strengths from low to high. Well, in comparison to the bands you might be given by a physiotherapist, even the low provides greater resistance and I'm going to have to put some very serious work in to get to the high one with any chance of success. Great value for money and I'd happily buy from this brand in the future.

Set of 3 bands, nice colours and good quality however they are a lot stronger than I had anticipated. I would only be able to use the lightest one.
