Love how you can move the desk up to stand when you don’t feel like sitting

Cheap, flimsy desk top comes in two pieces. Otherwise great.
The negative:Not built to be long lasting.Cheap material for desk topI was negatively surprised to find the desk top was in two different pieces to be connected together. Desk top also arrived a bit chipped in one part.Took awhile to put together only because of the million screws and the awkward angle of some of them. Some bolts are so close to the metal frame so it’s extremely hard to screw the caps on to them to make them secure. I specifically remember thinking to myself “who designed this? Why would they make this like this?”I do feel like it’s overpriced for its overall quality. But my work paid for the desk so whatever. The positives:-looks great-metal frame/support. The metal pieces are all heavy, seemingly good quality.-the desk whirrrrrs up and down with ease. It’s innovative, it’s amazing, life changing even. It goes up higher than I thought it would. I am 5’8 and it *can* go higher than I would need it to, so it’s height friendly. In all, I would recommend this desk if you’re on a budget and have been needing a standing desk.If you want life king quality, shell out the few hundred more. I’m starting to notice that furniture under $400 on amazon is rarely great quality. Hope this helps anyone.

A good desk with some annoying flaws, wish I could give 3.5 stars!
General notes about product, and things I like:- The controls/plug for the height adjustment are UL listed and I confirmed the certification on the UL website.- I appreciated how clearly all the parts are labeled- Assembly is almost certainly a two-person job, although you could do it on your own if you're very patient! (There is a LOT of repetitive screwdriver use involved in assembly -- if you have arthritis or carpal tunnel, I'd enlist a friend's help.)- The adjustable motor works well and the desk raises even higher than I needA few criticisms:1. There are some assembly steps, like 2-5, where one task in the step has written instructions (e.g. "tighten this part") but then another only has arrows on the diagram. This was a bit confusing to me since it's not consistent throughout the booklet. So just be sure that you're checking both the written instructions AND the diagrams, so you don't miss a step. :)2. My monitor shelf/riser arrived very damaged on one side. :( Luckily I can just have that side facing the wall, but it's still disappointing. The box was fine and nothing else was damaged, so I don't know when this occurred but I don't think it was from being shipped to me.3. The two halves of the desktop meet pretty seamlessly in the middle, but the gap starts to widen towards the ends, which is visible and annoying. I'm going to try screwing in a small straight bracket at each end to see if that helps the pieces stay together. If I could give half stars, I would give this desk a 3.5 since I don't know how well it will hold up over time. If the motor is still running well in a few months, I'll come back and update this review to 4 stars. :)

Decent Value Solid Desk
This is a pretty standard and completely usable adjustable-height desk. The fact that the top is split into two pieces makes sense for shipping but if you are like me you'll want a desk blotter to make it so you don't notice it when using the desk.Overall reasonably happy with the "Totnz Memory Electric Height Adjustable Desk, Sit Stand Up Computer Workstation, 55 x 24 Inch Monitor Stand Study Table for Home Office".

I'm satisfied
My work from home situation has become permanent, so it was time to make an effort to make my day more comfortable. I am terrible at assembling anything, so I left that job to my husband. It does take time and patience, so plan to spend at least an hour. The instruction manual is well written and easy to understand, and the parts are all clearly labeled.I ordered the desk in white with the maple wood top and I love it, it looks very nice in my office. The desk top is a nice size, with plenty of room for my keyboard and laptop, and my 20 inch monitor. I really like the raised monitor stand, I can store my odds and ends underneath it. The operation of the height adjustment is smooth. I can lower the desktop to a comfortable height when I'm sitting and typing, and raise it higher when I need to stretch my legs and stand for a little while. It also comes with a headset hook. There are two things that I don't like about this desk. I really do miss having a drawer for my personal items. There is nowhere to store things out of sight, like extra pens, or pads of sticky notes. And the desktop is two pieces, so there is a seam running across the center. This collects dust and crumbs.Overall, I'm happy with the desk, and hope to get many years of use out of it.

Good, but not great
What would make this desk be exceptional would be wheels. Personally, I find that having wheels is just a lot less effort when it comes to moving your desk around. Sure, you might say that you wouldn't want to move your desk, but there comes the time where you eventually do need to move it!With that said, I still find that this desk by "Totnz" is pretty awesome. My previous desk had a faulty motor rod, so whenever I adjusted my desk up or down it would make quite a bit of noise due to the slightly bent rod.The memory function works well. I find it great because there's no need for me to memorize the height at which it's comfortable for me to work standing up or sitting down. My previous electric desk also lacked this memory function.Overall, it's a well-rounded desk that does what it claims to do. I find it incredibly useful for everyday use, and I'll update this review if anything unexpected occurs. And if you read all or at least a part of my review, Thank you!
