these are great, good taste, I like to take one after brushing and flossing and my breath stays fresh for a long time, highly recommend repopulating oral micro biome with good bacteria but I notice with these I don’t even need them often, if you have gum or breath problems this is a good product that will deliver results, more effective than a chewing gum at addressing root cause of oral problems which is the oral micro biome

I really like these probiotic mints! I have really been trying to incorporate probiotics into my everyday life for gut health, but I didn't even consider my mouth bacteria. They just taste like a mint. The mint flavor is not strong. However the mint flavor is good and it is light. I always take 1 after I brush my teeth when my mouth is cleanest, and they have been helpful in keeping my breath fresh throughout the day. I just pop it in my mouth like any other mint and go about my day. It really is that simple. I used everyday for more than a week and have definitely noticed long-term effects in my breath freshness and overall cleanliness of my mouth.

I hoped that increasing good bacteria in the mouth would help with “dry mouth”. I saw no indication that it would. It has a good subtle taste.

This is my first time trying this product and it has helped so much already. I have had this bad taste in my mouth for a long time. I have been using this oral Probiotic for a week and the bad taste is completely gone! Fresh Knight is a superb product for bad breath also. I have been struggling with my gums and since I have been using these Probiotics they seem to improve!

I’ve used other other probiotics, this seemed less effective. Wouldn’t order again.

I was surprised how well these work. I've been using them every day. I pop one in my mouth before I leave the house. They are ok taste wise but man, do they keep the fresh breath "poppin". That's what all the kids are sayin these days, right?For the money, they are a great value. Definitely check them out. Brush your teeth as well, these, alone, aren't going to do the trick!
