Stretch your abilities and apply yourself. I love the "dated" tone and language of the original. Don't buy an edition with Martin Gardner's name attached, it is a truly horrible bastardised american version. I really struggled with calculus at school but this very old book actually made sense to me. Study with this book is best book of self learning. No need of help of any teacher for basic calculus. Lovely book of calculus. Explained concepts in very lucid way.
