Love it. Great quality rollers little videos showing you how to use them for all over general work. I love the way you have 2rollers. Well worth the money compared to others. I Need to find specific rolling sessions to help with rounding of my shoulders and problem areas and I'll be a new women.

Love the soft foam roller insert!
Excellent! I have been looking at these for a while for lower back, side, gluts and neck tension and was a little sceptical, but it works wonders! I'm glad I found one with the softer foam insert as I actually use this part more as it's not so hard. You need to make sure you do the excercises properly and not to over-do as I did the first time I used it and felt the after affects for a good few days after use. Not always recommended by massage therapists etc. as you don't know when to stop but if used carefully it's great and does help ease tension in targeted areas!

Jolie petit rouleau de massage
Rouleau de massage 2 en 1 de bonne qualité, léger et pratique avec son sac de transport. Cet objet est indispensable pour la récupération après le sport ou pour se détendre après une grosse journée. Son prix est très correct par rapport à la concurrence. J'ai enlevé une étoile car je me sers plus souvent du rouleau en mousse que du rouleau principal. Ce dernier a de gros crampons qui ont tendance à faire mal après une longue utilisation.
