For cutting paper, film, vinyl, rubber leather and lots more. It will cut circles from 1cm diameter up to a maximum 15cm. The tool is easy to use and extremely accurate, perfect for cutting apertures out of cards and mount card.

Low cost for light crafts
Reasonable beam compass for cutting thin card but not anything much more than say a cereal box thicknessComes with two leads and a blade, the leads are held in a small compartment which opens too easily do they fall out when using the knife.Cuts circles well but the plastic beam bends slightly making it less accurate measurement for the radius is marked on the beam and easy to use.For light craft this is an ideal circle cutter with the added bonus of a drawing compass too.

Simple & effective
My four star rating takes into account the dirt cheap price. As you would expect, it is fairly flimsy plastic and it probably would not take much abuse. It does however work just fine if you treat it with a little care and a bit of common sense. The very small blade can just about manage card but is happier with paper. as it weighs next to nothing, you do have to press down as you turn it - which is not easy. Best to practice on some scrap before tackling an expensive photo-mount.A nice surprise (to me) was that spare blades are provided as well as pencil leads so that you can draw circles as well as cutting them.

That points sharp
Great little device. Does perfect circles in all kinds of materials. I particularly use heavy acetate. The only improvements, add-ons really that I would make are that the needle could have a protection cover, both to stop puncture injury by and damage to the material you're using. For cutting, I use a games counter with an dimple in it, and keep it place with a little well known sticky putty stuff that's blue. For stabbing protection an old pencil eraser is good enough. Swivel the blade to the blunt side when storing.

Cheap but does the job for simple job's.
Not much to this contraption, simple to use and has some replacement blades too.Only for use with lighter, simple job's.Worth the money for that.

for the price it works great, tip
for the price it works great, tip: sometimes spinning the paper with a mat underneath rather than the tool yields best results

Compass Cutter
Initially I wasn't sure that such devices existed but I wanted to cut some washers from a piece of rubber that I had. This did the job perfectly.
