Warhammer 40,000 Imperial Guard Cadians

I gotta love how simple they were to put together, sure you can’t exactly be creative with them but even with only using base paints I’m really happy with the results and can’t wait to collect more.

Simple to build, no glue required! Highly recommend for beginners or people bolstering an already existing force! Item arrived on time and was packed well.

Although not customizable, their uses extend beyond that of conscripts. Instead of purchasing two 10-man squad boxes, one could simply purchase one, make two sergeants, and buy two boxes of these to save about $9 based on GW prices. Even with a heavy weapons team, 3 special weapons vets, and the sergeant, at least 4 guys per squad of veterans will need plain lasguns, or 6 for a regular infantry squad. These guys make great additions to veterans, infantry platoon squads and conscripts, company / platoon command squad guys with lasguns if one doesn't wish to upgrade any gear, and so on.Overall, this is quite possibly the best release for the dollar that the Imperial Guard has received in quite a long time.

Great to bulk out troops if you can get it for $10 or under. Any more than that and you are paying way more than retail for them. They are not customizable though as they are snap fit models that still require glue. Best used for conscripts.

Need some more meat for the meat grinder? These are regular Cadian troops. Nothing special, but that's what makes them great. It's a good deal if you just need to fill up some ranks. Don't call them cannon fodder though. They can deal some damage under the right circumstances. The emperor provides...
