I have had memory foam pillows for at least ten years because I have had a chronic bad lower back and stiff neck, and the memory foam pillows really help both. I am also allergic to polyester and other things, so the bamboo is what I need for a pillow cover. I happen to leave my last memory foam pillow from another manufacturer at the last hotel I stayed in on vacation recently, so I needed a new one. I researched many pillows on Amazon and decided to try the Kozy Home pillow because is was obviously memory foam and it also had the bamboo removable cover.The product arrived very quickly and was packed nice and tight. After letting the pillow fill up for 24 hours, I had used it for 5 days now and am very pleased with the comfort of the pillow. It certainly helps my neck and back. The pillow was also very reasonably priced, which was nice. I would definitely buy the this pillow again. Too good of a deal.

This is an overall negative review, but it's complicated, and I want to be fair to the company.I'm a woman at that age where finding cooler bedding is essential. I looked at some websites, and they all seemed to rave about the magical cooling powers of bamboo. I looked at the products these websites suggested, and they were more expensive. So, I came to Amazon for cheaper alternatives.Yes, I saw that these were bamboo shells with regular foam filling. However, I've never purchased pillows with foam filling before this, so I didn't realize that the gassing was so intense. I'm sorry to be so mean, but THEY STUNK! I unwrapped them and gave them 24 hours, as instructed. I put them in the dryer as instructed. I gave them a few more days to air out. The smell did dissipate quite a bit, but when I laid my head down on the pillow, it still smelled of something close to gasoline. I was afraid it was going to set off my allergies.I'm already having such a hard time sleeping. I couldn't put up with this too, so I returned them.Pro: They are comfortable. They were perhaps a bit too full for my taste, but they were comfortable (squishy, yet supportive). And can’t beat the price!Con: I'm not sure they were cooler than a regular pillow though. And the gassing was too much.Then I learned another thing about bamboo. Yes, it starts off as a natural fiber, but once it's processed and made into bamboo rayon, it's no longer a natural fiber, and is about as bad for the planet as any other type of rayon. Boo!The company was kind. They let me return their product (through Amazon). I'm grateful.

I appreciated the handwritten note and the quality of the pillow. Its a tab bit too puffy for my liking and I'm wondering if its possible to take out some filing, but sadly its sewn shut on both ends, if anyone can recommend me a way to do it xD Overall really comfy.

Pillow arrived as expected and package securely in vacuum "pouch". I wasn't expecting it to be a "flat" pillow, and was expecting disappointment. HOWEVER! after it full expanded, although it was still somewhat "flat" and not "cylindrical" as a usual pillow is I found it to be incredible! It is heavy and the weight adds to the luxuriousness of it! It feels like a nice "body" against me, all squishy and soft. ☺ I actually used it without a body pillowcase since I didn't have one yet. That bamboo cover is like nothing I have ever felt. So soft and rich. I am on a mission now to find a body pillowcase in that bamboo fabric. I highly recommend!!

Wonderful product and arrived in one day! Inside my package was a hand written note from the owner saying how they really appreciate my order. This is a small family business which I will support and order from them again!! I have never received a hand written note from the owner. They took the time out to write it how wonderful 😊

I bought these pillows for my mother. They come flattened out in a plastic tube and my mother's first response was how excited she was to watch the pillow fluff up. The pillows are just wonderful!
