StarTech.com 6ft 4-in-1 USB DisplayPort® KVM Switch Cable w/ Audio & Microphone (DP4N1USB6)

These are good cables but be aware they are DVI-I which means if you have a DVI-D product to add to a KVM switch (like a Dell Docking station) they will not fit. I wish Amazon had been more clear with the description. They work fine for my desktop graphics card (which has dual DVI-I) but for my Docking Station I've had to order the DVI-D version instead. Just labelling this DVI gives the impression they will work for all DVI ports which is not true.

I bought this to accompany my Star-Tech KVM switch, another great bit of kit. All the cables you need in one loom, brilliant. I could have done with one half the length in present configuration but this does future-proof me. Well done Star-Tech you are a top class company with brilliant tech support to advise you when considering their products.

Reasonable length cables match the KVM and are easy to plug in and allow sharing of keyboard, screen, mouse and 2 other USB to multiple devices, would have been 5 stars but for the fact that, in my view cables should come with the KVM instead of having to buy separately but I can see why.

Ordered to go along with a Startech 4 port KVM as an upgrade from a 2 port version. A little pricey but good quality.

Product quality was perfect however two issues which was big let down:1. Startech recommended these leads with their KVM switch on their site however when received them they had the incorrect gender on one side of the VGA plug/socket2. Contacted Startech and sadly was let down on a free solution by Startech and was told to buy gender changers which was approximately additional £12The extra £12 was not the issue however as a matter of principle they should have resolved this by providing the gender changers which would have been no more than £3 to them therefore not happy with Startech's support on this matter despite using their products regularly.

In a word of cheap nastiness, when you buy a Startech product you just know it is going to be quality, albeit a lot of their products are simply 'the best' 3rd party items rebadged by themselves. This cable is just the job, and very well made.

Purchased three to go with the StarTech.com 4 Port DVI USB KVM Switch with Audio and USB Hub.Nice cables, but thick and not very flexible. That said they work a treat.

The purchase and the delivery were both fast and flawless. The product is exactly as described. Unfortunately my system is not capable of passing the signal over this length of cable. As this is my own fault I am still happy to recommend both the product and seller.

Work great. I used them to connect 3 computers to one monitor.

I liked a lot of this product, saved my day and does what it promises. Good supplier, send it fast, new deals for sure

Bonjour,j'allais dire "c'est du startech :-) ", mais pour avoir expérimenté plusieurs KVM la finition est très bonne. Pas de surprises sur le produit.

Acheté pour remplacer un câble beaucoup trop court sur un commutateur KVM d'une autre marque, je n'étais pas certain du résultat mais cela fonctionne parfaitement.

I've got a complex network setup and needed a cord set for a reverse KVM switch to a console unit. This works perfectly and flawlessly for my purpose. Would highly recommend!
