Brilliant for b-b-q just one thing which could be better. The handle is not removable. Otherwise I’m very happy with this cooking basket.

Used this for the first time and was very impressed, the pan is made of quite thick metal and the handle is of solid wood, the handle folds into the pan so its east to store and the whole thing has a quality feel about it.I tossed some veg, including mixed peppers, mushrooms and red onions in olive oil and added them to the grill pan, nothing stuck and it all tasted great and was easy to wash up after.This is going to get a lot of use over the summer.Just be aware it is quite a big pan, so you can get a lot in it, but it doesn't leave much room for anything else on the grill, unless you have a big BBQ, so we had to move most of the meat to the oven to keep warm while we used the pan. But that won't stop me giving it 5 stars.Simon.

Just cut vegies small peri peri marinade, leave to add flavour, haloumi in ribbed pan and steak with thick natural sea salt only to marinade. sweet potatoes in foil put directly onto charcoal and you will be everyone's best friend. Holy pan is great buy, will order another.
