Takes a little to get used to, but it's a work in progress
I've always had a bad slouch since middle school and lately I've been trying my best to correct it. I've been working on posture correcting exercises, as well as wearing a waist trainer, however my back still needed some work. My trainer recommended a posture corrector, and this is the cheapest one I found with the best quality. I got it in a size medium. It's been a week and so far a lot of tension has been lifted off my neck and back and my slouch has improved. It's still taking a little while to getting used to the first couple of days, but it gets more comfortable as time goes by. I know that come January i'll see a noticeable difference.

It would constantly fold around the armpit area making it uncomfortable after a while of wearing, and it relieved very little of my back pain

Not helpful
Wearing the device for several days I was not able to see or feel any benefit from it. I was expecting a device that actually put pressure enough on some areas to force better posture. This device only seems to be something on your body that makes you remind yourself to stand straighter. I don't think I got too big of a size or anything as I measured myself before ordering. My chiropractor tells me he's never seen these types of products benefit anyone much either.
