How does this product wash out? I've had other Petroleum-based pomades that were very stubborn.
How does it fare against sweat?

Apply to dry hair
The product smells nice and feels nice on the head. Points to note: dont apply to wet hair. Dont apply too much or your hair will look greasy. I would say this is for short hair, like clean cut with blow dry look. If you have longer hair this isnt the product for you. If you want the wet look or gel look this is not for you. The idea here is more natural look with some hold.

I've been using this wax for over three years now, and I don't plan on changing. Coming from other top products such as American Crew Fibre I was tentative upon buying, but this blows all the other out of the water!Advantages:very high hold - I have long hair and it stays styled all day easilyreshape-able - doesn't set like other products, allowing you to restyle throughout the dayrinses easily - washes off hands and out of hair very easily without shampoogreat price for amount - yes it may be £20, but the tub is massive, lasts me 3/4 of a year on averagedisadvantages - slightly strong fragrance for those with a keen sense of smellOverall a really great product and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a high hold, long lasting, wax with a natural looking finish.

Smells OK, goes into your hair very easily and washing out with shampoo is just as easy. I have a very strong cows lick that can be hard to tame but if i leave it in overnight and don't wash it out and just rinse my hair the next day it controls it brilliantly when reapplied.

Mistakenly labelled vegan on their official website
I bought this believing it to be a vegan pomade (as it is stated on the Star Wax website, they claim that all their products are suitable for vegans and contain no animal products), however when it arrived I discovered it contains beeswax. It works fairly well and smells nice but isn't vegan at all. Disappointing advertising and won't be repurchasing. the proper ingredients are mentioned on this amazon page but a lot of people might not recognise it due to the latin name!

Discovered this by accident and so glad I did! After years of using a very popular and well known brand, this will now be my product of choice. Superior hold and much less needed! Not cheap but lasts for ages. Great stuff.

Not worth it for the price.
Lasts a long time but it should for the price, Smells unique, you'd have to buy to tell if you like the smell. Doesn't hold up my hair for long, would not recommend if you have thick hair.
