I was struggling for so long to find relief for my ears after (shortsightedly) making the decision to pierce both helixes and my conch at the same time as someone who was new to ear piercings. I am naturally a side sleeper, so I hated sleeping on my back and had to resort to using a travel pillow for a month to sleep on my side which was uncomfortable because of the gap at the bottom.I also didn't want to spend $30+ on a pillow that I was only going to use for a few months while the piercings were healing so I suffered with the travel pillow until I saw this one. It is reasonably priced and works perfectly for preventing ear pain for me. Below I've listed all the pros and cons after using this for a couple months.Pros:1. Allowed me to sleep on my side without any pain or worry.2. Pretty good price compared to other similar products on Amazon.3. Small enough that I can tuck it behind other pillows when I make the bed.4. Easily machine washable and can be dried in the machine without any problems for me.Cons:1. Comes vaccum-sealed and needed a large amount of fluffing. I still fluff this every 3-4 days to make it stay how I like it. (Pictures are after fluffing)2. Too thin to use on its own, I need to have another pillow beneath it otherwise my neck (and nearly my ear) touches the bed.Overall, I would definitely reccommend buying this and I'm mad that I waited so long to buy it myself!

I took about 1/2 the stuffing out in 3 adjustment passes into a paper grocery bag. Unzipped, I pulled stuffing hunks out with three fingers through the zipper from both side arms and the bottom arm. Then I zipped it back up. Not messy, I did it in the kitchen. Then I could force the stuffing from the far opposite pillow arm down the almost empty side arms. Do this by sliding two fingers down the outsides of the pillow side arms, sort of like big tweezers. The stuffing is reluctant to slide. I took half out before the stuffing made the pillow too stiff (for me) on my temple and jaw muscles. Fine for ears at any stuffing level.So far it's great for my recurrent CNH. And not hot or rough. CNH does recur periodically with age (and on-ear headphone use), I'm sorry to say.I will ask how the stuffing can be recycled in questions.

Had to bandage ear that had been checked for cancer. It was on side I slept on so this protected bandage

They give you option to remove some of the filler and I did because it was a little too puffy. Much better and works great.

The pillow is ok, but I think the hole needs to be oblong, more like the shape of your ear rather than round and a little larger.

Compré esta almohada porque al dormir siempre de lado llega un momento en que mis orejas me empiezan a doler mucho al punto de interrumpir mi sueño. Esto por la presión contínua en mi oreja, no por tener algún otro problema aparte. Al menos para esta situación, esta almohada me ha funcionado muy bien y ahora duermo mucho mejor.

It seemed hard, but I found it easy to get to sleep with.I know I could soften it by removing some of the stuffing, but I haven't.
