you do have to let it cool completely before changing nibs
The company replaced the original one immediately. the tip stuck in the first one, you do have to let it cool completely before changing nibs. Still experimenting with the product as its winter I need to wait till we can work outside and avoid the smoke coming off the wood Very nice company,

good pen if used right
I have tried 3 or 4 pens but I found this one to be the one for me worked great had no bother doing large work as well as small I would recommend it if you are starting out for it won't let you down
