For those of you that know me, clearly I am dealing with something that I am looking to control. This book answered some questions I had, as well as informed me surrounding questions to be getting answered from doctors and nurses. I rate this book highly for providing some needed context.

Was surprised how thin this book was, bit of a stretch to call it a paperback, whilst l can't argue with the physical dimensions of this item, in exact terms this is what it is a "paperback", more like a booklet, and very overpriced for a "Booklet" I found a couple of interesting pieces but to be honest it held nothing I couldn't have found on the internet or speaking to my doctor about for free. Sorry but I feel disappointed in it.

I expected a bit more than just a very thin note book, that is what it looks like, not really a paper back.

I learned a lot about kidney stone symptoms and prevention. There is a lot of helpful information on what you can do to possibly reduce your risk of getting kidney stones. If you need or want any information on kidney stones, this book will help you out in a big way and may save you some pain or hospitalization in later years.

like this book quite a lot! I have been worried about kidney stones for a while now, as one of my friends had them and he said the pain was horrible! I now know exactly what foods to eat, which to avoid, and things to do to avoid getting them in the future myself. A very helpful read on kidney stones full of natural remedies and prevention. I would highly recommend this book.

The best part of this book is that it tells you all about various natural remedies that can be used to cure kidney stones. After all, curing this painful disease by natural remedies is far better than surgery!
