Dropped down to one star: - Ordered a second one because I had to return my surface under warranty. The new protector arrived, it was cracked and someone had opened it and written on the packaging that the protector is in, this had then transferred to the GlassSurface Pro 4: It's okay but there are a couple of let downs. Came packaged in an oversized box and was packed right at the bottom withno protection from the bottom of the box. Easy to apply, comes with sticky tabs to help installing.Good:Fits perfectly, no gaps at edgesEasy to applyWorks well with the Surface Pen, Doesn't resist nearly as much as other protectorsBad:Non Sticky side is not protected in the package by a removable film as you get with normal screen protectorsNon Sticky side was dirty and marked, had to clean it before applicationMakes the touch screen slightly less responsesClaims to reduce fingerprints and smudges but it does not, it actually attracts more finger prints than the standard surface screenAll in all, it gets the job done, which is to protect the screen but that's just about it

I would have prefered a version with only the front facing mic cut out (like the early Rerii models - sadly even they don't do this any more) but the camera/mic cut outs are precisely cut to give them their due. I do seem to have a tiny section running all around the outside of the protector that doesn't appear to be stuck to the screen but it's doing it's job at a decent price.

It's okay - clear, good fit, well packaged, easy to install and everything, but... it is a fingerprint magnet. There is very little evidence of the claimed fingerprint resistance.

An excellent screen protector if not slightly fiddly to stick on. I mucked up my first attempt and needed to 're-purchase, otherwise just the job.

Easy to attach to tablet, but sensitivity is lost when operating and trying to use the touch screen

Impeccable customer service; unfortunately I applied the first one poorly, so I sent an email explaining this, and had another sent out the next day!The screen itself is excellent, not taking away any of the sharpness of the screen, nor the sensitivity of the touch display. The pen works just as well, if not better, for the added stiffness of the screen (though this is a personal thing, and depends on how you like to write.)

Arrived swiftly, fitted easily, allowed a few attempts of lifting and using the enclosed stickers from the fitting pack remove some dust spots from under the protector and sealed back down nicely - no loss of stick. Went straight off to a meeting with it, took notes with the pen and the screen was still super responsive - very pleased and would recommend (and I'm quite fussy, so it must be decent !)

Fits nicely however due to the thickness of it you have to put considerable force to get the touch screen to register your fingers, i was constantly having to use the stylus to do stuff.in the end i removed it and will seek a thinner version.
