Amazon Customer Service Helpful but referred wrong manual. Unable to contact casio.jp direct and weird that Amazon UK do not appear to be able to talk to casio.jp and Casio UK unable to deal with queries re Amazon or Casio.jp.My original lost by Parcel Force. Only allowed to replace with Casio UK stock. Therefore bought one from Amazon and let myself in for a load of grief. Very disappointed. Watch looks great, fits well, easy to read dial, etc. Difficulty with obtaining short/sharp instructions awful.
