As the title suggests 'Ultimate Happiness Mastery' this book revolves around finding Happiness in our lives.The book starts with the chapter Are you happy? This is a big question which arises in our mind but we never tried to find the answer for the same. What does happiness means? Do assets or money give real happiness or is it something else?Stress and depression the two major issues in the whole human society and in whole world. We can't cope up with the stress or may be we haven't put our efforts to be stress free.For each and every person there is different definition of happiness such as money, love etc. But we haven't found the real state of happiness.In the book, NLP- Neuro Linguistic Programming The science of inner transformation is used. NLP teaches us how to use our brain so that stress can go away from our life and to stay healthy and happy. This book will convey the real meaning of happiness and the way to find it in our daily life.It is penned in perfect manner by author Kiran Swami. It is thought to have a direct influence on the right side of the brain, where deep thinking and the capacity for intuition reside. So, the author had chosen smartly.Plot: This book starts with a simple question, "Are you happy?" and then explains various points of happiness in life. She explains the purpose and paradigms of happiness in one's life. With the help of Neuro Linguistic Programming, the author explained the tactics for how people can live a happy life. She had explained in simple terms how, with its help, we can live a healthy and stress-free life.Language and Grammar: Good use of colloquial English; however, a little more proofreading would have been helpful.Final Verdict: As I started my review, I said I was up the whole afternoon reading it, which is unusual for me, so from this you can understand how influenced I was by this book.
